94th Indiana Infantry
in the American Civil War

Regimental History
Ninety-fourth and Ninety-fifth Indiana Infantry. — The 94th was ordered to recruit from the 4th Congressional district under the call of July, 1862, its place of rendezvous being made at Lawrenceburg. All efforts to recruit were unavailing. Under the same call, the 95th was authorized to be recruited in the 5th Congressional district with headquarters at Richmond.
